Welcome to our free holiday club programme
The Herefordshire holiday club programme is currently closed, as it only runs during certain school holidays. We will be offering new activities for the Easter holidays, so watch this space!
Our programme is free for all children aged 5 to 16, who receive benefit related free school meals. During the Christmas holidays, we offered over 850 places for a fantastic range of exciting indoor and outdoor activities, such as climbing, circus skills, dance, rugby, football, boxing, crafts (plus much more!), along with a healthy meal during each session.
Check if you’re eligible
If your child is aged 5 to 16 and eligible for benefit related free school meals, they’ll be able to attend our different activities.
Please note: If your family is eligible for Universal Credit, you may also be able to claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs. To find out more, take a look at the Government’s website.
What you can book
You can book up to 16 hours of activities over the Easter holidays, choosing from a wide range of fantastic indoor and outdoor activities. Your child will also receive a healthy meal at each session.
Some of our activities will include provision for children with special educational needs and disabilities or additional needs. Please discuss your child’s needs and requirements directly with the activity provider.
All our activities and venues have been fully risk-assessed to make sure they’re Covid secure and appropriate public health measures will be in place.
If you have any concerns, please speak directly to the activity provider about the measures they’re taking, to help keep everyone safe.
