Adventures of Zog! Holiday Workshop: The Courtyard, Hereford, HR4 9JR
12th – 13th Aug 10am – 2pm

A two day workshop with drama and arts based activities, including elements of free play and Zog inspired fun! For children aged 4-7.

Pond dipping at Brockhampton National Trust
25th July & 29th August
Join the ranger team and discover all the weird and wonderful creatures living in and around the pool. Booking advisable £2 per child (normal admission applies)

 Circus Spectacular Drama Week: The Courtyard, Hereford, HR4 9JR
5th – 9th August 10am – 4pm
Circus themed holiday workshop for children aged 8-15 years. A week full of drama and arts activities that will give you the chance to build performance skills and confidence, whilst making new friends and having lots of fun! The week will end with a spectacular performance for family and friends.
£150 per child for the week.

Croft Castle National Trust
‘Summer of Play’ 20th July – 1st September
Create your own adventure in the natural play areas or become king or queen in the mini castle play area. Normal admission applies.
The whimsical woods – summer holiday trail
Discover the whimsical woodland creatures as you explore the castle and grounds.

Dance Theatre Summer School, Centre for Movement, Gaol St, Hereford, HR1 2HU
19th – 23rd August 10am – 4pm (Friday session 11am – 7pm includes performance)
Designed to give young people, aged 7 – 18 an opportunity to participate in a combination of dance classes taught by 2Faced’s professional dancers, costume and lighting design workshops led by guest artists and film making sessions, all leading to an incredible showcase at the end of the week.

Halo Leisure Holiday Activities countywide venues
Visit the Halo website for what's on where; there’s plenty on offer, from free swimming lessons for beginners, a rookie lifeguard course, gymnastics camp or take a spin on the cycle track.

Halo’s holiday activities give children the opportunity to meet and make friends with other local children, discover new interests, explore and try out new sports and activities, and stay fit and healthy.

Hereford Community Farm 'Roots of Connection' Free Community Event (at the NEW site), Ashley Farm Buildings, Grafton Lane, Hereford, HR2 8BL

Alongside nature based activities, local organisations will be on hand for informal chats offering information, advice and health checks. Angela's Animal Ark will be coming along and you can bring your bicycles to get them checked and fixed for free by Hereford Cycle Hub.

Madley Environmental Study Centre (MESC) Summer Family Fun, Stoney Street, Madley, HR2 9NH

Tuesday and Thursdays from 30th July – 22nd August.

Activities suitable for children aged 3-12, children must be accompanied by an adult (adults go free). £10 for half day session / £18 for full day (10am – 3pm) Picnics before or after activities are welcome.

Discover what lives in the ponds, build a woodland den or perhaps cook some tasty treats on the campfire. There’s loads of activities lined up this summer for the kids (and you) to enjoy and you'll have a lot of fun too.
