Shopping: If you live within the HR9 postcode area, our Neighbourhood Buddies can take shopping orders and deliver to your door.
Household tasks: If you are struggling with understanding household bills, form filling or just changing a lightbulb, our Neighbourhood Buddies in your area will be able to help. Please note we do not offer gardening or domestic cleaning.
Befriending: If you would simply like some company we offer a befriending service where one of our Neighbourhood buddies can pop in every week or so for a cuppa and a chat

Talk Community Hub
Ross Good Neighbours is also part of a network of Talk Community Hubs across Herefordshire. Our hub is currently accessible for services, support, information and signposting via our helpline. Call 01989 313002, select option 2 and leave a message so a volunteer can call you back. Our volunteers work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but you can leave a message 24/7.
