Hide your Plum Pudding! Christmas is banned (don't worry, it's not really) - The 'Discover History' duo will bring the story of the Christmas Ban to life at the Black and White House Museum in Hereford. Normal admission applies.

With Christmas stories and songs, hosted by Giles Shenton in the theatre marquee. Entry is free when you buy a garden entry ticket.
Christmas Disco - Wigmore
Wednesday 20 December 6.30pm, Wigmore Village Community Centre
£2.50 per person includes pigs in blankets and chips (under 5's go free).
Christmas Winter Wonderland at Ralph Court Gardens
1 December to 7 January 2024, 10 am to 4pm
Musical fountain and special Victorian carollers making a very festive scene. Listen to a Christmas story read by Boris the bear and hear the singing reindeer, supported by a donkey! Remember to wear a coat as there are snow flurries every day! Normal entry price.
Deck the halls trail - Berrington hall
18 November to 7 January
A trail to give your little ones (and big ones!) the festive thrill to find the Georgian decorations needed to deck the halls at Berrington Hall this Christmas. Trails cost £3 per person and include a bag, colouring sheet, colouring pencils, and a prize.

Find the Angel Trail - Hereford Cathedral
11 December to 8 January, 10am to 5pm
Find the heavenly host of angels that are visiting the cathedral this Christmas! The cutest little knitted angels you've ever seen have descended into the cathedral, for you to find. Collect your free trail from the Welcome Desk as you arrive, explore the building and collect a sticker once you've completed the worksheet.

Taking part in the trail is easy! Simply download the LoyalFree app for free and head to the trails section for more information. Download the Loyal Free app on their website or by searching for ‘LoyalFree’ in your app store.
Storytelling with Father Christmas at Croft Castle
Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 December (30 minute sessions each day from 11am to 4pm).
Get into the festive spirit with group storytelling sessions with Father Christmas in the castle and receive a small present at the end. Booking is essential as spaces are limited. It's £5 per child. 2 adults can accompany each child/group of children for free (normal admission charges apply).
Tails of the Riverbank at the Weir Garden
Weekends until 7 January, 10.30am to 4pm
Take part in this winter trail and help Harper the Hedgehog figure out how to spend her very first winter at The Weir Garden what to do until spring. Follow the trail around the garden and find out what the other riverbank animals get up to during the winter. Trails cost £3 per person and include a bag, colouring sheet, colouring pencils, and a prize.
