Bookings are now closed until Wed 26th June for the summer programme!
Our programme is free for all school aged children (reception to Year 11), who are eligible for benefit related free school meals. There’s a fantastic range of exciting indoor and outdoor activities to choose from. There will also be a healthy meal on offer at every session attended, so no need to bring a packed lunch.
Check if you’re eligible
If your child is school aged 5 to 16 (reception to Year 11) and eligible for benefit related free school meals, they’ll be able to attend our different activities. If you are not sure, please contact your child’s school to check.
What you can book
You can book up to 16 hours of activities per child over the Easter & Christmas holidays and up to 64 hours in the summer holidays, including specific provision for children with disabilities or additional needs (please discuss your child’s needs and requirements directly with the activity provider). It's the perfect opportunity to try a selection of new activities, such as dance, crafts, martial arts and more!
Discretionary places
If you feel you would be eligible for a discretionary place, please contact your school or any professional supporting you who will then contact the Here for Herefordshire Holidays programme team.
Special education needs and disabilities (SEND)
If your child has SEND and is in receipt of benefit-related free school meals, please provide as much detail as possible on the registration form and contact the provider directly, to ensure they can support your child appropriately.

Our programme is fully funded by the Department for Education and is run in partnership with local schools, sports clubs, outdoor educators, community organisations and childcare providers.
